  1. What is InStockDanceCostumes?
    Created by Costume Gallery, this is your “outlet store” for first quality dance costumes and accessories at ridiculously low prices. With our “real time” perpetual inventory system, there is never any guesswork as to what is available by style, size and color. Some quantities are limited so don’t hesitate to shop now, and often, for the best selection.
    Orders usually ship within 48 hours Monday through Friday.
  2. How do I log in?
    If this is your first time on InStockDanceCostumes for this season (2010-2011), you'll need to register a username and password. Please visit this page to register and have your customer number and PIN handy. For simplicty sake, we urge you to use the same username and password that you may have set up for CostumeGallery.net.

    Once you create your username and password, keep this info in a safe place as it will become the new way to log in each time to the site.

    You can change your email address at any time by clicking the "My Account" link at the top of any page after you have logged in.
  6. How do I get a customer number and PIN to be able to purchase from Costume Gallery?
    We do not sell to the general public. You must be a dance studio or dance school or other program/organization to purchase from us. Contact our customer service representatives for more information.
  7. What is your return policy?
    Because all items at InStockDanceCostumes.com are clearance items, all sales are final. Sorry, no returns.
  8. I'm having trouble registering a username and password!
    Please make sure you already have a customer number and PIN with our company. Contact us about getting your studio/school/organization a customer number if you don't already have one.

    If you do have a customer number and PIN, please visit the registration page and answer "Yes" to the first question. Then proceed by choosing a username and password for yourself. You will also need to enter a valid email address. Please be sure to fill out the registration form in its entirety. Once completed, you will use that same username/password combination you entered each time you wish to purchase from our site. This keeps your information secure and makes sure your costume orders are correctly associated to your account.

    Also, please make sure that you are using the latest version of Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari or Google Chrome when using are site, and that JavaScript is enabled. We also encourage you to disable your pop-up blocker for our site to ensure maximum compatibility.
